помогите пожалуйста

Здравствуйте.
Работаю я психологом в одном гос.учереждении. работы у меня неособо много, бумажная. И начальник решил поднять квалификацию сотрудников. А у меня, помимо образования психолога, есть образование филолога англ.языка. Но получила я его очень давно, и по этому многих вещей, что учили по этой специальности не помню, да и не требовалось. Я только читала книги для себя на англ.
И о чем я...Вобщем сказал начальник мне составить программу, с подборкой материала и материал подобрать, или что-то в этом роде для повышения знаний сотрудников английского языка, и собственно повышать их, понемногу занимаясь. А я такого никогда не делала.
Подскажите пожалуйста, может кто таким занимается или занимался, какие можно планы составить....методички, материалы...
вобщем, подскажите идеи. пожалуйста. Если что, то работа моя касается кризисной и экстремальной психологии....хотя, не думаю что занятия английским на первых порах сильно будут соприкасаться с этим.

Other flagship Apple products, including the Mac and iPad, are also going to be discounted up to 800 RMB ($112) and 400 RMB ($56), respectively, as part of the promotion, which runs from January 18 through January 21.

It was the CEO’s first interview since a door plug on one of its Max 9 airplanes shot out from the side of the fuselage only a few minutes into a flight from Portland, Oregon, to Ontario, California, forcing the pilot to make an emergency landing.

“I’m more than frustrated and disappointed. I am angry. This happened to Alaska Airlines. It happened to our guests and happened to our people,” Minicucci said, according to excerpts released ahead of the interview’s airing.

“Boeing is better than this. Flight 1282 should never have happened,” Minicucci said during the interview.

Boeing’s 737 factory will have what the company calls a “quality stand down” at its Renton, Washington facility Thursday, the company announced Tuesday.
